Version dated 03.11.2026. This document is an official offer by the individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) Кухар Максим Анатолійович (hereinafter the Contractor) to conclude a services agreement on the terms set out below.
The Contractor provides the Customer with the “Marketing checkup” service: an analysis of the Customer’s company marketing using the Go Marketing proprietary methodology and the Go Marketing AI software, and delivers the result in the form of a report and an action plan.
Payment is made in hryvnias by non-cash transfer through the WayForPay payment system. Payment procedure and deadlines: [to be completed].
The checkup is performed within [to be completed] business days from the moment the Customer provides the data required for the analysis.
The report and the action plan are handed over to the Customer for use in its business activity. The analysis methodology, software and algorithms remain the property of the Contractor and are not transferred to the Customer.

The result of the checkup is advisory in nature. The Contractor does not guarantee any specific commercial results, as they depend on the Customer’s actions and external circumstances.
The Ukrainian version of this agreement is the original. In case of any discrepancy with translations, the Ukrainian version prevails. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by the courts at the Contractor’s location.
